I was very happy with our room addition done by Valdez Construction. Frank and Johnny were a pleasure to work with. Like all construction, there is always something that may come up as you start to rip things away. Once the work of our room addition started we realized there would need to be a reinforced newer beam installed because the existing one was not strong enough to support on its own. Frank and Johnny made sure to get the best quality piece and explained the thought process and schedule with detail. We are very happy with their work and will gladly use them again.
